St. Joseph's Pastry are made in honor of St. Joseph's Day, celebrated on March 19th. St. Joseph Pastries are available from the end of January through St. Joseph's Day.....sometimes even through Easter Sunday, depending on the demand.
There are two types of St. Joseph pasty:
The Zeppole is filled and topped with Vanilla Custard Cream and Amarena Cherries.
The Sfingi is filled and topped with our Rich Cannoli Cream and adorned with candied citurs fruit, a glazed cherry and sprinkles.
